   As you may know, Ray Pardon will be finishing his term as President of the SPBPA this Spring. Ray would like to thank everyone who has supported him and the SPBPA during the past 8 years.
   Creating the SPBPA and building it into the viable community organization that it has become has been a challenge that we have all participated in and should be proud of.
